Service Usage
CVboosta provides AI-powered CV optimization tools. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Payments are processed by Stripe. Single Scan purchases are non-refundable after use of included features; subscriptions can be canceled anytime to stop future renewals.
Data and File Handling
CVboosta does not persistently store user-uploaded CV files or job-description files. Files are processed only for generating optimization outputs and are removed from transient processing context after completion.
Payment Processing (Stripe)
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. CVboosta does not receive or store full payment card numbers, CVV/CVC, or raw payment credentials.
Refund Policy
Single Scan purchases are non-refundable after any included feature is used. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time to stop future renewals. Already-processed charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or when Stripe confirms a billing error.
Fair Use Policy
For unlimited plans (Pro Weekly, Pro Monthly, and Lifetime), Fair Use limits apply: maximum 10 requests per minute and maximum 100 requests per rolling 24-hour window across CV optimization, cover letters, and interview prep.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Our AI provides suggestions and rewrites based on the input provided. We do not guarantee job interview outcomes or total accuracy of AI-generated text.
Limitation of Liability
Users are responsible for verifying all claims in their final CV drafts. CVboosta is not liable for any employment-related decisions.
User Responsibilities
By using CVboosta, you certify that all information provided in your CV is truthful. You are responsible for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content in your job applications.
